Need Advice Troubleshooting Bathroom Fan

A month or so ago I replaced my old bathroom fan with a Broan 690 that I picked up at Menards. Of course after the box and "extra" parts are long gone I realized after doing the paper towel test that the fan is not moving enough air. I'm sure I threw out the scroll band that came with it, but I don't remember the old fan having one. I do know that there is a vent valve for the air to pass through on it's way out of the bathroom, but after that I'm not sure what, or how to check. The fan itself works fine with no issues otherwise. Any help would be appreciated.

Forget the "test."

Does it move enough air to prevent any problems?

repeat the test, once with bathroom door open and again with it closed.
