Need Air Compressor Over 8 SCFM at 90 PSI

Hi,

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for a compressor that meets the specs in the title in addition to being quiet and reliable.

It will be used for working on my cars (suspension, engine work, etc...) and some small projects. My space is limited: townhome w/one car garage. The hose will not be running over 30ft in the garage but may go over 50ft if I need to do some light work around the house.

I prefer an american brand, but my budget is limited to $500, so it would be nice to find the most 'bang for the buck' without being stuck with a piece of **** when the warranty expires.

Neighbors nearby (in a townhouse especially) will probably appreciate something quiet . . . or muffled quite a bit. I cringe when mine comes on at 10:30 at night, especially since all the bedrooms are above the garage. DOH!
