A well built home made stand is difficult to beat. I made mine in high school metal shop (yes that dates me) I have had for most of thirty years and it will handle any big block you want to throw on it. You have to rotate it manually but you can lock it in anywhere you want. The only inconvenience with it is the weight, and it is not a knockdown.
