A buddy's friend needed to get some new valet signs to add to his arsenal...

He sent me a picture of his one he already had made, and wanted it recreated on 3 A-Frames..

He wanted the signs to be corregated plastic so he can put them on with velcro encase he wanted to take them off, and he wanted the arrow on a seperate background so that he could turn it if needed...

Decided the wording was a little jam packed, so gave it a little more space...

Really happy with how it came out..

In order to duplicate a tool display board, I'm assuming you'd need up-close pics to get the exact shapes of everything and the part numbers that are printed and all that?

if someone could temporarily borrow him the board he could scan it or map it out to proportion.

if he does it in the form of a sticker, just put it on a board and make the hangers yourself. it would sure save alot of us alot of money

I see. Well, there are some Blackhawk boards that I am sort of wondering if I'll ever find to complete my set. If it was financially reasonable to have this gentleman make a vinyl replica that I could glue to plywood, that would be a nice option. But not having an example of one in the first place, I suppose that's a problem. I have a picture of them, but they aren't detailed enough to show part numbers and exact details and all that.

I'm gonna need to get some vinyl cut for my racebike. Gonna be about a month or so before I'm done prepping and painting the bodywork. I'll have all the illustrator files made up, sized, and ready to go, all you'd have to do is cut. Hoping to get it done for a lot cheaper than Fast Signs charged me. I wouldn't even need it weeded, just cut and send to me. PM me a prelim. pricing. Thanks.

It's been over a week since I have heard from you about my Walker Jack stickers.

Dec 10th:
"If you could save it in EPS format, preferably 8.0 I beleive."

I then sent a *.gif format and then converted to *.EPS as you requested and then that was the last I heard from you. I only wanted a quote is all.

Just a suggestion, . . . you might try paying more attention to potential customers. I gave up on you weeks ago after sending the graphics to you twice. There's really no good excuse for that. I would hate to have already paid for something, and then try and get your attention.

Your own thread actually logs the activity (see post #101 at the top of THIS page and post #105). "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me."

Same thing here, He's not the best in returning PM's...

I ordered a set of decals for my son's wagon that i'm building and it nearly took 2 weeks just to get proofs. The quality of the decal is pretty good so i'm happy there. It just took forever to get them!

I figured I'd give him some repeat business... I PM'd him on 1/19/11 to get some "For Sale" decals and a "Busted knuckle Brewerey" decal made. He said he would get back to me the following week... I have yet to hear from him today 2/5/11

I also gave up on him...

He evidently doesn't realize that nearly ANY local print shop has as good equipment as he does, if not better. But more importantly, they respond to my needs. My first thought was to try and give a fellow GJ'er some business, but that was a mistake. So I am going local now.

I also get alot of people asking me about stuff, then after I put time into it, don't hear back from them.

If either of you are interested, feel free to PM me, if not, I understand.
