Need Armstrong Ratchet Re-build Kit

I have an Armstrong 11-994 3/8" drive flex head ratchet. It started acting up, so I took it apart, and found the Pawl is broken. Anybody know where I can find a re-build kit, or just the pawl for it? I think it's the 66 tooth version? Not sure of the tooth count, but I know it's not the newer Max 88 tooth version.

Thanks everyone!

I believe 84t gearwrench can drop in. I swapped in my 84t from my 3/8 craftsman premium ratchet for fun and it works just fine.

Are you sure about the model number? 11-994 is the maxx series of ratchets, which are 88 tooth and you can swap in the marco rebuild kit.

Did Armstrong change the part number when they went from 60T to 88T?

Either way I think any Danaher/Apex/Matco 8xT kit should fit.

Original ones were 60 tooth. Later ones were 88. Kits are interchangeable, and the craftsman/gear wrench 84 kits work in them as well. Matco 88 rebuilds are the best option, but as others have said the other kits are fine too. FWIW, I had the 60 tooth version and bought a 88 tooth kit for it. No issues.

I put a Matco 88 kit in my 12-994 ratchet, works fine. I have had issues with a Matco 3/8 ratchet locking up with a Gearwrench kit (OE kit works fine).

Cripe did/does have 3/8 Armstrong kits, 11-990 is the number. BFR8TKB is the Matco number.

Cripe shows them being sold out of the Armstrong kits.

Thanks!

Yes, Cripe has them. I ordered 8 of them... (well, 4 but.. 2 of each of another ratchet kit on there but I got the 88T kits instead. lol)

Cripe shows them being sold out of the Armstrong kits.

Thanks!

MATCO kits will work in them. NOTE- There are now 2 different versions. One for the new black chrome models which have a slight difference, the other for the original ratchets. The MATCO kit will run $14.50+Shipping (or $20ish if you have a dealer nearby)

I am looking for two rebuild kits for Armstrong 11-904 long handle 3/8” ratchets. It might be 11-965 rebuild kits not sure. Is it possible another brand will fit maybe Matco?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

11-904 should be a pre-Danaher ratchet, 30 tooth.

I had used a Snap-on kit in a 11-903 I had at one time, I did have to grind the gear slightly, the back side was too high to sit in the ratchet properly. Other then that it worked fine. RKRAF720 should work.
