Need autobody advice

I recently bought a new project car and will be painting it within the next month. Now I am not a professional body man, but I am trying to make this car look nice. The last time I painted a car i tried to get by with an 6" block and a 2", turns out this made the paint job look wavy in some spots, while others looked fine. Well I am considering buying the durablock 7 piece block set to use. I was wondering what you guys think about this set, will this be adequate or should i buy some more to help make the car look better

16" x 2-3/4" block
11" round block
11" x 2-3/4" block
11" x 1-3/8" block
(2) 5-1/2" x 2-3/4" blocks

Those should be plenty of blocks for you, but its not what blocks you use, its how you use them. I always tried to block in a diagonal pattern. If your car is in primer make sure you use a guide coat so you can find the high and low spots.
Take your time also. Your paint job will only look as good as your prep job.

That set is awesome. I have had if for about 7 months, I have absolutely fallen in love. You may want to pick up the teardrop block for tighter radi.

Are you limited to the grit of paper when using a board like that

What do you usually use on rounded body areas
