I recently rebuilt my Lincoln 12T bottle jack. I got a kit from BlackhawkParts. I was uncertain which kit to get as the model label was unreadable so I sent some photos of my jack and it's internals and they quickly responded with the correct part number. They are not cheap but they sent very high quality parts.
