I have an old Champion R15 compressor on a 120 gallon tank. It seems to be taking longer to fill than it used to and I would like to take a look and see if it just needs the valves cleaned or if more work is necessary. I did a google search but could not find a Service Manual PDF. I have an Owners and Maintenance Manual but it does not have much. Does anyone have a source for theService Manual PDF?

There are good Youtube videos on how to clean and re-lap Champion disc valves. If you are experiencing extended fill times then indeed that is the symptom that your valves need to be cleaned/relapped/replaced. I suspect that the document you have is all that there is. I have not heard of any service manuals as such. You could contact Champion and ask them directly.
