I have a Handy lift for my cycles, really saves the back.

The foot pedal air controller it came with is cheap, does not auto-center itself between up and down so I have to be careful.

Where can I find a reasonably priced, self-centering foot control?

Maybe a wall mounted lever control?

Are you saying that you have a valve that will stop the lift mid rise? That is unusual for pneumatic systems. They usually drive a cylinder to full extension or retraction and not stop mid stroke as it is then springy. So how it operates makes a difference in what valve you require.

If you understand pneumatic diagrams can you pick out your valve on this page, http://www.stcvalve.com/Air_Valve.htm I suspect that your valve as you describe is in the bottom row.
