Need drill bits or annular cutters from Zoro. Which kit?

I need some drill bits or annular cutters from zoro. I need sizes from 9/16 to 1". I prefer to keep it under $500. I also need then to be able to drill through atleast 1/4 steel, cromoly, aluminum, and maybe some stainless steel.

I was looking at these two kits but I figured maybe someone could find me something better or something more of what I am going to use it for...

For the price of that drill bit set, I definitely would skip the Westward set and spring for this beautiful USA made set:

However, annular cutters definitely would be quicker and cleaner though. Hougen makes some nice sets.

Anyone else have any idea's? I can get the Norseman kit cheaper at a local place in town for cheaper then I can get it from Zoro even with the 30% off. I would prefer more of an annular cutter but I'm sure it will be expensive. It doesn't have to be from Zoro.

I have Hougen they work fine. Picked them up from MSC which often has 25-30% off.

Those annular cutters only work in a magnetic drill. I need these for a regular drill press. So none of the milwaukee annular cutters are going to work. I guess I will have to buy the norseman 8 piece set from 9/16 to 1 inch.

I have the top set. Use them on a regular basis. I try not to break them. But every once and a while if you drill something thick say 1/4 they are hard to get off. They are really only suppose to be used for sheet metal.
