Hello Everyone,

My floor is about 3 years old and is starting to bubble in a few places. It doesn't particularly bother me, but there are a couple of areas where it looks like grime has gotten trapped under the bubbles:

This is the worst spot - the others are smaller/lighter.

Any advice on how to get rid of this?

Thanks in advance.

‘Bubble’ as in lifting? The pic looks like a stain. Have you tried ammonia in warm water or even a diluted degreaser?

Just had my floor done so this pains me to see. I think I read that it can happen when there is moisture during installation. Maybe you’re still under warranty if you had it done professionally.

My Apoxsee garage floor was custom painted in a checkerboard pattern. It looked great for the first year but then the clearcoat they put over the top of it started peeling off.

Does anybody Know how I can get the clearcoat completely off? It is flaking off in large and small pieces all over the garage.
