Hey all I need help with what I should go with on my floor. Right now Im wieght VCT tile or expoxy coated floors. The concrete is in decent shape, it looks like a patch has been filled in at one time(not sure as im just buying the house). The garage is 1183 square feet divided into to bays. by a wall. Im going to do the bigger of the two bays first.
But after reading everything my head is swimming with ideas. If I do the vct tiles with a clear coat on top(if thats possible) is it almost as good as an epoxy coated floor? And is it possible to do vinyal stickers under the clearcoat? I want something thats going to last along time, but dont want the floor to look like a kitchen. Im also not trying to spend a ****** fortune on it either. What do you all suggest?
