Hello!
I'm new to the forum and am looking to update my 35 year old concrete garage floor. My main issue is that between the original garage and the second one that was added 5 years later, the newer floor heaved up about 1/2" several years ago. It has since been stable, but I want to lay rigid floor tiles and have to level the two floors.
My son dropped off his roto hammer and I'm thinking of chiseling out a portion of the higher side and using a leveling product. I'm not concerned about the appearance as I'll be putting tiles over it.
Any suggestions regarding a leveling product and if this makes sense?
Thanks!
