Need hardware for my Blackhawk jack(s)

Hey I now have 2 Blackhawk floor jacks and between them I am missing a few screws and washers. I am not sure how many other models take these parts but I will describe them as best I can. First screw I am missing for my S-4 is the one that holds on the aluminum T at the top of the handle. The handle takes 2 of these screws and each takes a cone type of washer with fingers. I need one of the screws and 2 of those washers. Secondly I am looking for a screw for my SJ-18 that holds on one of the circular caps down by the base of the handle (where it pivots). I think I am also missing a grease fitting. I don't see threads so I assume these are just press fitted in?

I appreciate any help you guys can provide. Hoping some may have parted a couple of these out or have a supply source for them.

Can anyone tell me is the grease fitting just a press in, that is still in use today?

I know this is somewhat old now, but you never got a reply, and I recently found the answer to that for my own jack project in another old jack thread here. Attached is the Lowes package for a Phillips version of the original slotted screws used in the S4 handle.

It's been a long time, but hope that may help if not already resolved, and for anyone else who winds up searching on this topic. It seems that this board may have had it's fill of jack topics. Seems like recent posts on the subject get few if any responses. I'm not particularly good at searching, particularly with the somewhat limited search tools available, but fortunately most of the information I've needed has been available in old threads.
