Need Help Building 13 Hp Honda Air Compressor.

Hey Everyone ! I need help building a gas powered air compressor . So I recently bought the 110 pound sandblasted from harbor freight and it worked pretty well but the air compressor I have couldnt keep up . It's a 20 gallon craftsman oil less pump . So I started looking online and decided to build my own. I have a friend that has a tool repair shop. He had 2 like new husky 60 gallon tanks 2022 date code I bought for $250. I want use one as a misn tank and one as a auxiliary tank. Want to pair that with a Honda GX390 13HP Gas Motor and doe the pump a Northstar 2 Stage 2 Cylinder 24.4 Cfm 175 Max Psi Pump. How do I go about making all of this work pressure switch , throttle for the motor and cutoff pressure . I found this generator online with basically the same stuff o want to use except it has a 30 gallon tank . What parts do I need to make this work ? Any Input would be much appreciated! T

Had a smaller version years ago. You need an unloader. The engine doesn't stop so you set the unloader for the tank pressure. It also links to the throttle to bring it to idle when the tank is full. Don't forget the safety relief valve.

I have two of those 13hp Honda North Star compressor
setups though mine are 27 cfm. ( 20+ yrs old).
Northern tool sells everything you need. The throttle unloader and start unloader.

You may want to consider a centrifugal clutch to disconnect the engine from the compressor when the engine is running at idle speed.

As I recall the engine has a 1” shaft and produces 13 horsepower.
