Need help- compressor pulley wobble

I just acquired a speedaire 2Z499b compressor head from a friend. I installed it on an older tank that the compressor head was worn out. I got this speedaire pump for the cost of dinner and beer. I bought new pulleys for it because it didn't have any on it. I had to go to a cast iron sheave type pulley with a split tapered bushing for the 3/4" exposed pump crank. I installed everything and ran it and I have a slight wobble to the sheave pulley. There is approximately 1/32" of inward and outward play in the crank, and no play up or down. Here's a video:

I was holding my phone with my hand so the video is a little unstable. What I want to know is if this thing is worth throwing money at. I need to buy a bigger motor for it- either a 1.5 or 2hp. The tank is a 1956 40 gallon that is solid. It had oil in the tank for years due to the worn compressor head. I've replaced the check valve, unloader valve, new copper plumbing. I'm into the compressor for $140 so far. The motor that's currently on it is a 3/4hp which is too small.

I plan on running air tools with this thing. I'm aware i'll need to buy an oil/water filter because of the oil in the lines. Sometimes I wish I just never took this old beast and saved my money and bought a new compressor. Please let me know what you guys think?

Typically, almost always, compressor shafts are tapered. I am not familiar enough with Speedaire to call out the taper. V belts are used to accept a lot of runout. The more runout, the shorter the life of the belt. Given that, you must bore out the pulley to the correct taper, find a pulley with the correct taper, or, live with the runout while it eats belts. If you are cheap, try to shim the pulley you have to minimize runout and live with it. Or find Speedaire and find the price of a replacement pulley. I suspect this will be more than you want to spend. If I knew more about you and the situation, eg, where are you, I could offer more help. Do you know a (good) electric motor repairman/shop?? If not, it's time to do a search and make a friend.
I guess you can ask a question to me directly, but don't know the working of this forum nor the internet.

I would definitely try and find the correct flywheel for the compressor. Most flywheels also work as fans to pull air across the pump for cooling. Speedaire is a Grainger brand, and they are pretty good about having parts available

I wouldn't think that wobble would be enough to cause any trouble. If you want to get rid of the wobble, just tighten the tapered wedge in the pulley. You should be able to tighten the wedge and depending on bolt you tighten, it will move the pulley. By tightening the wedge, you pull the pulley up on the wedge; if one side of the pulley is closer to the pump than the others, tighten the corresponding bolt and that should move the pulley away from the pump.
