Need Help Dating a Wilton Drill Press Vise

Went to an estate sale today and all the guys that got there before me were taking all the old craftsman hand tools and all the old yard tools in the shed. Look over on the trash can and see this vise on the lid. Hold it up and it's a Wilton. Went to the checkout area and guy said how's $3. I'll take it.

I know the bullet vises have a date stamp on the key but I don't know where they put it on the drill press vises. All the ones I've seen on ebay have "rapid titan" on the square portion (this one does not).

Bottom has "Wilton Tool 141006" (141006 I'm assuming is the part number of the main base.
Also says " Schiller Pk, Ill. U.S.A."

Don't think it's real old, maybe 10-20 years. I have 2, first I bought new in the box at a swap meet for $15. Wasn't till I started using it did I realize it has a quick set feature. Fast fwd a year or 2 later, see one on Ebay for shot money, so I buy it. That's when I found out they make the same vise with and without the quick set feature, and of course the second one doesn't have it, bummer. Oh well, still have them and use them fairly regularly, good vises.

Those pictures were taken after I put it in an electrolysis bath for a few hours. The amount of rust has me questioning the age. The paint that is left isn't the hammered blue or verde green you see on the newer Wiltons.

The ones that are from the past 10-20 years show screws on the side of the square block and W on the square.

Older ones say Rapid Titan on the square and where it says "wilton tool" it says "9-1445".

The Rapid Titan patent from Wilton was filed in 67 and published in 1970. Could this have been the predecessor to the Rapid Titan vises?
