need help decideing outdoor lights

on garage doors, new to the site and haven't done much looking at garages to get ideals on lights what would look ok 2 on each door for a total of 6 or 4 big ones? thanks

don't know about the type, but for appearance I would go with 4 large

I like the ones that shine down over the doors -- like the classic garage. The sidelights tend to blind your eyes when you put bulbs large enough to get any light. The entrance could be a small side or even better one under the overhang.

I was looking for "barn lights"' but couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. I bought some of these, and gave them a paint job.
