I need help. I'm looking for a conical washer to fill a counter sink for an M12 bolt.

My application would allow for a hex head, but I want to fill in the countersink. Looking for sort of conical shape that would match the 90deg M12 taper and have a 12mm ID. Depth does not matter as long as it is longer than 1/4"

Basically a thick cone shaped washer to fill a counter sink and user a normal Hex head and washer.

An upside-down finishing washer? Maybe have to pound it out a little bit.

Could you use two different sized washers, stacked?

I'm probably not understanding the application...

You're basically looking for a 45 degree bevel spacer of some kind.

Just looking to use a normal hex head screw instead of a countersink screw.

Somewhat close- https://www.aa-mfg.com/product/tapered-spacer-bushing-1-2-id-1-od-45-degree-taper/

Just drill the head off an M-12 countersunk bolt. Used to do that if we needed a few to fill c/s rivet holes before installing overlay doublers on heavy jets. If we needed a large qty.we had our machine shop manufacture. Small parts like that are a PITA to hold.
