Need help finding a Custom toolbox

Hello Gents, I am looking for the builder who makes a small/med pitcart with the polished go kart wheels. A friend of mine bought one about 7 years ago from a company that is no longer in business and i would like one. I have contacted the companies that make Pit carts but all of theirs are set up for the 7" or bigger wheels and not what I am looking for. His is powdercoated Yellow with 11 drawers with airbrushed flames with 7 in wide polished Douglas wheels and tires. The cart sits of the ground about 3 inches. This cart is an eyecatcher. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
