Need help finding a parts list for quincy 325 roc100

I just picked up a quincy 325 roc 100 the other day it runs good but needs some freshening up. The air filter needs to be changed but I can't find what the part # is and there's to many on ebay to guess at what one I have.

Also what type of synthetic oil should I run in this thing ( brand and type/weight) ?

I want to pull the valves but I feel like once I take the cover plates off that the gaskets will be junk and I'll need to order new ones, So I'm looking for a part # for those as well?

The previous owner said they went in the head years back and replaced the valves so I'm curious to see if things were done correctly.

I need some help on the proper way to disassemble the head. I watched a video on YouTube and the guy snapped one of those big nuts on top of the head so I'm not sure if he was doing it right and want to make sure I'm going in the right direction before I start braking stuff

Here's a picture of this monster it's a little dirty and come spring I'm going to spray it down and take the pressure washer to it then give it a new paint job. It's just to cold In upstate NY to be doing that.
