Need help finding a roll up door weatherstrip

I have a roll up style door and I can't find suitable replacement for the bottom weatherstrip/sweep. It's a "U" style, but the trouble is that all of the replacements I've looked at are too thick to fit in the track (I've tried). The problem is the thickness; mine is .05 inches thick, but the thinnest replacement I've found is 1/16 (0.0625) and these do not fit the extrusion at all, and the extrusion doesn't appear to be easily replaceable.

Any suggestions? Below are the dimensions of the existing weatherstrip "T" section.

I am about to do mine, but plan to replace the tracking too and then it will be a matched set and

Have you actually tried/measured the 1/16"? A lot of stuff runs smaller than the nominal size, it might be correct.

Might be an interference fit as well.

The 1/16 doesn't fit, and no amount of soap/oil/grease is going to allow it to slide 10' across in the track...

Check with the manufacturer of the door, or a door service company in your area.
