Need help finding compressor parts.

I've got an old 60 gallon Sanborn air compressor that kicks ***, but I'm pretty sure the valves need to be replaced really soon. The compressor is a T29 which isn't made anymore and I'm having trouble finding replacement valve plates. Anyone know where to look, or who I can call?

already tried there. They say it's an obsolete part and dont offer it.

I looked at the parts diagram on other T29 pumps listed on the Sanborn link. Does your pump look like the one below? I took the valve kit number and googled the part #, the second link lists the kit

If it is just the little reed valves I have found they haven’t changed in years.
They sometimes will put the same reeds in different housing but you can change them out.
Take out your reeds and see if they match the current reeds in a current model.

Thanks for the link 930Dreamer. funny that when you click through their parts diagrams they say it isn't available, yet when you searched by part number it shows up. My compressor is a T29, the one you have pictured there is a T29S. Not sure how much changed but they look very similar.

Hopefully you will find the reed valves but I wouldn't bother changing them until one actually fails. They're the type of thing that are basically as good as they ever were until they break.

Good to know. I would like to have them on the shelf for when that does happen though. Since I use this compressor for my business it would be a HUGE inconvenience to have it break down and have to wait for parts.

I'd look for a replacement pump that you could retro fit to the compressor, also ensure parts are available for it. Could you run this through your shop
