Need help finding name for this box / tool chest?

Does anyone know the manufacturer of this box? The name is missing. Its heavy, about 50 pounds.

Not sure its considered vintage, but you dont see many flip top boxes anymore. My guess is its from the 1980s?? It was full of S-K tools that are still current though.

From the stylized folds on the roll of the top lid in the 4th picture, I'm going to guess MBC (Metal Box Company).

It's not mbc, it's a lower end-ish box.

Ok, It came from the Wyotech tech school shut down. Though it may of been of some quality. Since they had nothing but Snap on and S-k tools everywhere.
Its definitely not flimsy. Ive searched through many images from a google search but I haven't come across anything spot on. Thanks for your guys help.
