Need Help Finding Vintage Klein Pliers

I have a vintage Alfa Romeo (72 GT) at a local restoration shop here in southern Italy. The guy who owns the shop appreciates quality tools, so I gave him a vintage Wilton bullet vise that I had restored that was gathering dust in my garage (I have too many vises already).

Anyway, the first time I visited his shop he explained that he had some Klein pliers since he was a kid and they've definitely seen some use. He's about 70, so I figure the pliers are at least 55 years old. They're about 9" long. One of the handles is broken.

He really wants another pair; apparently he has some emotional attachment here. I told him that I would see what I could do.

No luck on eBay, however. Does anyone know where I can find a pair of these guys???

Thanks!

Scott

Those are pretty common 9" linesman pliers. I weeded out a set out of my own box a while back, they still have the plastidip grips on them. I think I have another pair without the grips also in my surplus stuff. Maybe even a couple more pair. If someone else doesn't come up with them for you, I can get them for you eventually; they're packed up in my storage unit waiting for me to get rid of them. I think the top pair of pliers in this photo is the same as yours, the photo's are from a thread I posted awhile back about cleaning out duplicates out of my toolbox

What I can't figure out is how in the world you could break those pliers. They're some of the most durable pliers made, and the shape of the jaws doesn't lend itself to grabbing something you could lever on enough to break them!

I see several pairs with that same logo available on ebay now. I'll check my stash; I have several pairs of older Klein linesmans pliers.

Thanks, fellas. I grabbed some off eBay. For some reason, I didn't see them earlier, but I did a search just now and saw a few.
