The members did a great job identifying my tools in the last post. I need help again for the identifying the items in the picture below. My dad and grandpa both were machinists. Can you tell me what these item are and used for? The items on the right are made of brasstempImageDiddzY.png

Parts on right look like the "links" used inside of a tube bending mandrel to allow for all the movement. They appear to be in different stages of production, if that's what they are. Put together hundreds of mandrels at the shop back when. Center links are split in two, end links are one solid piece. Or lamp parts.

Both worked a submarine ship yard doing metal cutting with machines. They were in his shop box. I thought that the parts would be for setup for measuring parts or set for machine parts.
