Hey guys, i know this is totally a different subject than anything else that is usually posted on this forum. What ive found is that folks on this forum is so diversed with knowledge that maybe someone could help me. I work in the landscaping industry and i have dealt with every brand of trimmer but have limited experience with echo trimmers. Ive been looking for a professional grade trimmer for a long time that is broken and i could work on and fix up. I recently found 2 non working echo trimmers on craigslist for 40 dollars. The problem is that i need parts for the thing and theres absolutely no indentification on the thing. I took everything part on the whole unit off. I would bring it someone to find out the trimmer model, but i dont know if they will even know and the parts for this thing are way cheaper online. I have some pictures of the trimmer and i want to see if someone could telll me what model this thing is or what model if COULD be. Thanks.

If the serial number tag is missing, it is pretty difficult to tell. I would agree it is an SRM 2X00. What parts do you need? I have a bunch of parts machines and most parts were interchangeable in that era.
