I want it to go in a case too, and any dewalts that I've looked at lately dont have any electric drills in a case.... My criteria for it, is its gotta be electric, have a manual chuck with a key, none of the quick connect ****, and big enough to handle some bigger bits in case I need to drill bigger holes...
Doesnt necessarily need to be dewalt, but I dont really know who else makes good equipment, Please help me out. Thanks
Brandon

I'm not sure which ones come in cases, but any of the drills from Milwaukee, Hitachi, Porter Cable and Bosch should give you many years of service.
And Makita, my personal favorite brand of power tools.:)

Get the one that's feels the best in your hand. You'd be surprised how some of the power tool engineers will screw up and put a sharp plastic edge right next to the trigger or something.

You could always replace the chuck to get what you want.

Get a drill simular to a Milwaukee Magnum, with a quick connect cord-the drill fits in an army ammo can with room for a drill index and accessories.Since the cord comes off,you don't have to worry about kinking it.

You want an electric drill, but did not specify corded or cordless. I'm not qualified to reccomend a cordless since I use them in light duty situations only. I use a 12 volt Dewalt. It's a decent drill, but nothing to get excited about.

For a corded drill, I reccomend Milwaukee. I have four of them. They have been used and abused, and work as well as the day I bought them. My oldest Milwaukee is almost 30 years old. They have been dropped off of buildings, and overworked to the point that any other drill would have failed. I have not found a better corded drill. I doubt if they come with cases, but I'm sure that you can find a case.

Another vote for Milwaukee corded drills. I wish I had bought a keyed chuck. Milwaukee's keyless chucks are fairly smooth and hard to grip.

Definitely go with Milwaukee corded drills. The heavy duty ones with keyed chucks are still made in USA last time I checked, and I know the sawzalls come with cases, might be the same for the drills. I've seen Milwaukees from the 70's still in extremely good working condition, even though the case is beat to hell and they've obviously been abused.

Hard to beat the Magnum.... get 'em while they're still made here!

Most all Dewalt corded drills have an optional kit box, at an additional cost, if its not included.
