Need Help Identifying 5/16" Compression Tester Couplings

Curious if anyone has any info on what these fittings would be called? They're used on my Star Industries Diesel Compression Tester, interested in finding more to build an adapter for my leak down tester. No numbers on the ones I have.

I did that with mine using quick connects I found at the parker store. I wrote down the part number for future reference but for the life of me I can't find it anymore.

Another question on top of the OP, wanted to see if anyone has a good source for these double decker spark plug adapters, but with threads instead of the crimped hose end my old setup has?

Figured I'd give it another bump in case anyone with info missed it.

Still no luck finding anything, but for now will pick up one or two of these OEM 25029:

They're listed as for doing leak down tests, but all the bad reviews are because they're hoses for compression testers. Check valve doesn't let them work for leak down.
