Need help identifying a top tool box

My curiosity is getting the better of me. Any idea of what brand is this tool box? It appears the seller recently removed the brand placard from it. This usually means the brand is sufficiently low grade or never heard of that they figure they can hype it up and sell it for more without any identification. Thanks for your help.

I would guess Waterloo made it. You can see the shadow of the logo plate if you look closely, but I don't recognize it.

DFB Waterloo made the Craftsman stuff for years and may still. They made for everybody else too. I have a Dayton and the drawers will interchange with my craftsman.but it has small pull handles instead of the top edge grip like This one and all Craftsman. Craftsman has the model number in the top right drawer on a gum label on their stuff.
