Need help identifying an older floorjack

I hoping to find out some information on this older floorjack. The only markings that I can see is the 2 ton max cap on the top cover. It's my neighbors and he would like to see if can be rebuilt. Thanks!

Some degreaser and a power washer would be a good start,
