Need help identifying Craftsman boxes

I need drawer slides for the bench, #17, but I can not find a model number anywhere. The pictures are from the Craftsman 1972 catalog. It uses the same slides as the bottom drawer of the "Sears Best" top box, which I own, but can't find a model number on it either even with all the drawers taken out. Sears parts can't help without a model number.
