need help identifying lathe

I posted this over in the tools section also but I really need some help here...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am leaning toward getting this lathe next weekend but there are not any nameplates on it anywhere other than on the motor (which says century) Apparently this Lathe came out of an old steel plant in the Chicago area. Any help in identifying this would really be appreciated

all I have for pics are the one you see. I have not even seen it in person yet. The guy who is selling it knows nothing at all about it

Looks to me like a Sydney. I have the big brother to it. Made in Sydney Ohio. I have not found much info about mine to get the date of manufacture, but I think it is about '38-40.
Earlier versions were flat belt drive and later than this the head was different.
