Need help identifying old air compressor.

I'm not sure exactly what it is. It needs a little work, but spins free and makes air. I'd like to know where to start on motor sizing.

That looks like a Wayne, possibly model 6158-V, but it appears the intake lubrication is different from what I have seen.
