Anyone know what the press and toolbox are? value?

What's the lever looking thing at the top right of the press? It looks like someone torched a hole and put a metal lever in.

Any help is appreciated.

The torched hole is the lever that operates the pump. The round knob is the release valve. The three handled lever appears to operate the square shank and C shaped piece that extend down alongside the ram. Probably some kind of manual raising mechanism for the ram. I think this was not made originally as a general purpose press, but was modified into what it is. Probably manufactured originally for some specialized purpose. Note the lack of holes in the legs of the press. How about a close up of the data plate.

There are holes in the legs, look closer. The three armed handwheel is to raise or lower the ram. The moveable ram is why the holes in the legs don't go all the way to the top. I don't know what brand press that is but I bet it was expensive when new.
