I am looking to identify this service jack as the swiveling wheels are shot, I noticed they weren't rolling and when I took them off there were no ball bearings. The person I got it from obviously didn't take care of this jack, the only label I could find was covered in body filler. I think this might be a 5 ton Hein-Werner jack, but the color on the handle is yellow the entire length (all the pictures I found were blue and yellow). I need to replace the wheels and the saddle, so any help is appreciated.

Since I posted this I have been doing research, so what I found so far is it has the same paint scheme as an Ausco which also has the plate the end of the jack. Not sure if they did the speed foot pump or not, but have seen that on the HF long frame jacks. I will keep looking, hope this helps anyone to get me some more info.
