Need help identifying Snap-On cart please

I was looking at picking up this cart and could use some assistance tracking down what it actually is. Any idea on the model number for this? Just wanting to make sure it's not rebranded.

Looks like a Blue Point KRBC10 with a SO badge

I'll second that it's a Blue Point cart (close Chinese relative of the HF 4 Drawer) with a Snap-On badge.
