Need help identifying Snap On tool cart!

Hello all,
Need your help GJ experts. I'm going to try to restore this cart as it has sentimental value . Anyhow, I've been looking and can't seem to find the part number, and don't know which wheel casters to order. There also seems to be an insert which holds the casters in place, and 1 is missting. Additionally, I'd like to add a drawer but uncertain that exists for this model. Any help would be appreciated!

I know the KR-488 carts you could add 2 and 3 drawer sections to them but not sure on these as they were the replacement.

I have the same cart in yellow off marketplace for $40. The casters are the worst, snap on warranty?

I had a black one and had caster trouble with mine too. I know i had a couple wheels warrantied.

What's the purpose of the square hole above the wheel axle? I don't have this cart, just curious.
