Hi Everyone!

I've just come across a couple of compressors and I'd love to know more about them.

From my research; the BINKS 33-576 looks to be a Quincy re-brand (model#?). The blue one in the picture (POWEREX labelled), however; I've never heard of. The motors on both of them are 3ph 7.5 HP. Not sure of tank size (80 or 120 gallon?).

Any help would be truly appreciated! Are they worth cleaning up? How old would you estimate the BINKS to be and if it is a Quincy re-brand, how plentiful would the parts be?

Thanks everyone and Happy New Year!

Yes, the Binks is a Quincy 325. I would date it to late 60's early 70's, but thats just a guess.

I believe Powerex was a Campbell Hausfeld product in the US, although I think they are Japanese originally. I did not have a lot of experience with them, but they did not have a bad reputation.

Wow. Older than I originally thought (not a bad thing...). It was bolted to a tank (not original) that was dated 1999. Based on what I've found; is this likely a single stage pump? It looks like it might be...
