Need help identifying this floor jack

So I bought this floor jack at a garage sale about 10 years ago. It's worked great, but the teeth on the Relief Valve Assembly are quite worn and not catching very well anymore. I need to replace the part, but I can't find a manufacturer anywhere on the jack. I've always thought it was a Craftsman, but I'm not positive. It's a 3 1/2 ton, but that's all I can make out. Can anyone help? pics are attached.

It's definitely Craftsman; I have the exact same one. However my label has come completely off after too many washings, so I'm not sure the numbers on it, either.

paulsomlo,

That's definitely not it. I have one of those also, but the one I'm working on is substantially larger. The Release Valve Assembly is completely different and that's the part I'm trying to replace. Would it help if I put up a picture of that part?

Did some more searching this morning. I'm 99% certain it's a Craftsman 50145. Now I just have to find parts for it... <sigh>
