Need help identifying this Wilton:

Hi all - could I get some help getting more information on this little Wilton I picked up yesterday locally? It only tilts rights, says Wilton on both sides, but does not say “Made in the USA.” For the price I paid, it’s no big deal, but the fact it tilts only to the right makes it intriguing. Also, it’s missing one jaw, so if there’s a place I could pick up a pair, it would also be greatly appreciated.
