Need help identifying tool box.

I decided to keep a toolbox that my dad had in his garage when we started cleaning it out. I believe he told me several years ago that he got it at a yard sale. It has the same features that my Kennedy machinist box has, but not sure if it is a Kennedy.

Looks a lot like a Beach. Have a good look at that decal on the front cover. The blue ones were sold at Canadian tire in the seventies. Make any sense??
