Need Help Identifying Two Vise Swivel Bases

A while back, I picked up a bunch of tools including these two vise swivel bases. I have had a lot of vises over the years, but have never been able to match these bases with any vise manufacturers. I thought the larger base would be for a Record vise, due to the color, but I cannot find anything similar. Specs are: OD 6 11/16” – 6 ¾”; ID 6”; offset center hold-down holes are 5 1/16”, 3 7/8” and 3 7/8” from each other, C on C. The inner circle is stamped “Front” (see photo).

The smaller one’s specs are” OD 5 3/8”- 5 7/16”; ID 4 7/16” – 4 ½”. The center holes on inner circle are 4” apart.

Can anyone help me identify these bases? Many Thanks.

Those would be gold to somebody but neither of them look like record to me. I have a few record swivel bases for mechanic's vises and they are quite different. The light blue one has wear marks where the vise was sitting on it so that paint is new and may not be authentic.

Thanks dutchgray. Judging by the GJ photos, I think you are right. 2oolhound, the smaller light blue one has been repainted (any guesses?). I have one more for everyone. It may be a Morgan swivel base, but I’m not sure: 7” OD, 5 3/4” ID, it says “Pat. Sept. 3. 1912” on underside. Any thoughts on this one too and many thanks. Yes, I do need to trade these to a member who can use them!

The first one with the single sideways lock down screw is a Paramo I believe.

First one is undoubtedly a Paramo. Here is the same swivel on my Paramo:
