Need help Id'ing Mac air ratchet

Model plate is all scratched off. Anybody know what make and model this is? I would like to buy a repair kit for it and go through it myself. Thanks!

I did. I just had a really fussy baby and am new to posting pics on this forum, so I decided to post in two posts.

To long for me to remember. A good cleaning usually gets them going. Looks like someone angled the head from its normal position. They have a wavy washer in the head. If its still good you can bend it a bit for better power.

Looks like any ingersoll rand air ratchet looks. Probably identical

Wild Guesses:
1. Made by SP Air in Japan for Mac Tools.
2. Rebuilt/serviced by Mac Tools at some point. When I sent in my Mac die grinder for repair, it came back to me with letters/numbers stamped on it just like that one has.
3. If you pull it apart, you'll perhaps find that it needs a bearing or two, the vanes and housing are fine once they're cleaned-up, the valve is fine, and the ratchet head is spread open and worn-out. MAYBE you can squeeze the head back into shape. The bearings can be had at any bearing store, or on Amazon. No "kit" needed except for the ratchet mechanism. The ratchet mechanism may cost more than the rest of the ratchet is worth.

Yeah, those are made by SP Air. What was SP building for Mac thirty years ago?

Here is the head all apart. Yeah, it was filthy greasy. It seemed a little wimpy on power, but otherwise worked well. I'm gonna clean her up well, put her back together and see what happens. Do I need special grease? Any tips on greasing? Thanks!

You see that flat washer that looks like it has a groove
at the top ? Put a curve on the flatish part. That will give you a bit more power.

Use very light grease. I mean light if you have to.
I just used eng oil.

Had mine for decades. Did not know until now it was made in Japan,,, just like my truck
