Need help ID'ing this hydraulic jack...

Got this guy from an auto dealership auction. Not much left of the ID tag, but I'm hoping someone here will recognize the make/model.

Looks like an early Hein-Werner 1-1/4 ton model.

After posting my request, I continued searching here and found a couple pix of the H-W Model K, which looks like what I have.

BTW, anyone know if H-W ever published an Owners Manual?
