I just picked this anvil up today (see the attached photos). I believe that it is a Peter Wright anvil, but would like some help from the experts here to determine if I am right. The anvil stands approximately 10" high, is 24" long, and at the top in the middle measures about 4" wide. It is a forged anvil, not cast. The markings have been damaged through use, but I've used Microsoft Paint to circle the areas in the photo that are still legible. I can see an "HT" in the red circle which makes me think it is a Peter Wright. The number on the lower left in the yellow circle is a 1 and the number on the right in the other yellow circle is a 22 I think. There should be a number in the middle between these two if this is an English anvil, but I can't make out what it is. I've weighed the anvil and it comes in at about 132 lbs. I hit it several times with a hammer before purchasing it, and it rings like a bell. It also has excellent rebound. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
