Need Help: Reed 3C Vise

Can anyone help me? I'm trying to adjust the end play within the active jaw on a Reed 3C Vise. I'm also searching for a Reed 3C split-ring locking collar nut.

The split ring adjusts it. I think I have an extra one.. pm me
The nut can also be adjusted on the older ones
