I picked up a used mt2500 and can not get it to communicate with my 94 or 95 Bronco (which have the same configurations) to receive Data (no code) selection . It will run KOEO and KOER and show codes. I have 2 Primary cards, 1 thru 1996, 1 thru 1999 and 2 Fast Tracks, 1 thru 1995, 1 thru 1998 all which fits my application. I have swapped them around to no avail and get the message "can not communicate with PCU". I can not believe both Broncos DLC are bad. I have checked all Snap On cables and connectors and double checked VIN inputs and unit prompts. Any ideas what could be the problem I hope its not a bad unit.

I seem to recall that ford didn't offer data on their earlier stuff. I thought it was 94 that they started offering it though. Do you know it is a scanner issue? Could your Broncos have older PCMs that did not have data? Where you can do koeo and koer and get codes I would suspect the scanner is fine.

Well do I feel like a dumb ***. Was not fimilar with the unit and with no books took it for granted that the Ford 1 adapter was correct 94-95 Broncos. Found out I needed a Ford 1A or 1B. Purchased one on ebay today. Thanks
