Need help to find a screw.....

I need help to identify this screw and where to buy it. I cant find it at Menards. It is 1.5" long threads. Its pretty coarse thread. It uses a 5/16 socket head. It gets mounted in the treated board that is in a pole shed when using the concrete perma columns backer plate. Thanks for any help. The tip is odd also with a cut in it.

Look under self tapping sheet metal screw. They are pretty common.
