Need help to I.D. this tool...???

I recently purchased a cargo trailer (loaded with tools...) from a contractor who wanted out of the business. While doing a inventory, I found this and have no idea what the heck it is. Overall length is 10 1/2", appears to be a casting and the material is magnetic. Can anyone I.D. for me...???

I think it's one of them radiator valve spud wrenches. Plumbing tool for changing valves in cast iron radiators.
